Parm brings 25 years as a C-suite operator and transformation leader across financial services/fintech, logistics and infrastructure, healthcare, and consumer sectors. She has stood up enterprise strategy offices and transformation PMOs, led integrations in regulated, multi-site environments, and built leadership systems that strengthen execution reliability, margins, and cash discipline. 

She is also the founder of Syntari Group, where her work centres on four integrated disciplines that inform her leadership at Magnum: post-merger value capture, strategy-to-execution & transformation, organizational health and leadership performance, and embedded operating leadership—a blend that gives investors confidence in both value creation and value protection. 

Parm holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Strategy and Consulting and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) majoring in Accounting and Marketing, both from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She complements this academic foundation with board-governance study at Harvard and professional credentials in program delivery and operational excellence (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci).
